Terms and Conditions

Company

• Each client is required to have an initial phone screen before on site visit can be initiated.
• Initial consultation is free.
• Clients must read and sign written proposal provided by Turn-Key before any work may begin.
• Absolutely no refund after proposal is signed.

Website Design / Custom Software Development

• Customer must make themselves readily available for any required meetings with Turn-Key.
• Turn-Key prefers hosting web content through our servers.
• Content modifications require a minimum window of 24 hrs +.
• Absolutly no refunds after proposal is signed.

Home & Office Networks

• Some of the work may require a third party contractor for patching, painting, etc. (We provide this service for additional cost)
• Space in the working environment must be made for the installer prior to the installation date.

Hardware Installations (Including: Database Servers, Computer Hardware, Flat Panel TV, Entertainment Receivers)

• Hardware must be provided on site at time of installation.
• Installation manuals must be provided to the installer for reference purposes.
• Some installations may take more than one day.

Warranty

• All labor performed by Turn-Key is guaranteed for a period of 6 months from date work is completed. (We do not warrenty any hardware, all hardware is guranteed through manufacturer)
